We will provide you with an expected delivery date after your order has been processed, should the date be an issue you can cancel your order for an alternative product or full refund (subject to our Terms and Conditions)
Our delivery company will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date once your order is dispatched
(taps, showers, accessories etc)
(basins, toilets, furniture, enclosures etc)
You can collect your order from our Camberley showroom by selecting the collection option when checking out. This allows you to collect your goods when it suits you, rather than having to wait in for delivery and also allows you to have your goods a day or two sooner than if we are delivering (not to mention save on any delivery fees that you may have incurred). Once your order is ready to be collected, we will email you to let you know and provide you with all of the information that you will need. Please note that orders cannot be collected until we have notified you that they are ready.
If you're not 100% happy with your new product then you have up to 30 days from delivery to let us know. We will send you a returns form (with full instructions included) and you can return the item back to us for a full refund (subject to our Terms and Conditions)
